Together we heal.

Post Traumatic Fresh creates culture, connections and healing experiences for complex trauma survivors.

Recovery is accomplished through small groups, interpersonal counsel, creative arts, personal calling, and community engagement.

Post Traumatic Fresh grows out of and is inspired by Black feminists, folk arts and Hip Hop, American Anti-Slavery and Civil Rights movements, the natural world, Idle No More and First Nations ways of living, Disability rights movement, Veterans and Peace organizing, popular education, engaged Buddhism, Black liberation and womanist queer theology, as well as our collective and embodied ancestral legacies.

Welcome to Post Traumatic Fresh

Thank you for visiting on your healing journey. The website will guide you through the background, programs and resources of Post Traumatic Fresh.

Post Traumatic Fresh is a peer support and folk methodology and does not seek to replace professional treatment for traumatic stress or psychotherapy but strives to augment and intervene in non-holistic post traumatic care; with specific attention on increasing accessibility and healing potentiality for other poor, Disabled, disinherited and marginalized people.

This is an early iteration of the website and programs and your patience is appreciated throughout the process of putting Post Traumatic Fresh out into the world. Please take a look through, see what resonates, take some time to ponder, and feel free to reach out.

Peace,
